I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for an additional bed and it arrived in minutes. The hotel room was spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge and clean bathroom, and a great view of the surrounding area. The morning breakfast was also a highlight, with lots of varieties and choices to enjoy. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of eateries and a shopping mall nearby.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The walkway and surrounding areas could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, but it's not a huge issue.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of shopping options nearby. Guests can explore the wet market and shopping mall as they are not far away. There are also many cafes in the surrounding area, offering a variety of dining options. the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacks in terms of facilities, with only one pair of disposable slippers provided per room.

The room was very comfortable and the view from the window was excellent. the staff members were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious food items. the hotel is conveniently located near many popular restaurants and shops, making it a great choice for travelers looking to explore the area.
the elevator made some strange noises, which made us a little nervous on each ride.

The hotel's location was good as it was close to restaurants and shops, perfect for Xmas shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi connection was steady.
The front desk staff was unresponsive and didn't seem interested in attending to our needs. We had to wait a long time to get check-in even though we arrived early.
